Better late than never. The Canadian Clara Hugues, Olympic medalist in cycling at the Atlanta Games in 1996, before launching into speed skating and winning several medals at the Winter Games, admitted to having tested positive in 1994. The Canadian did this confession in his autobiography, released in recent days in North America. Clara Hugues, flag bearer of the Canadian delegation to the Vancouver Games in 2010, explains that she tested positive for ephedrine, but the results of the analysis were never made public by the Canadian Cycling Federation.
