World Rowing is launching a broad appeal to cities, regions and national rowing federations interested in the organization of its flagship events in 2027 and 2028. There is plenty of choice since the list of competitions to be distributed includes classic, sea and indoor events.
The World Rowing Coastal and Beach Sprint Championships (2027 and 2028), the World Rowing Cups I, II and III (2027 and 2028), the World Rowing Indoor Championships (2027 or 2028), the World Rowing Championships for Under-23 and Under-19 (2027 and 2028), the World Rowing Combined Championships seniors, U19 and U23 (2028) as well as the European Championships rowing (2027).
