The World Boxing Executive Board approved eight new memberships. Three European federations joining the IF: Slovenia, Ukraine and North Macedonia. In Africa, these are: Libya, Senegal and Kenya which expand the family. Qatar and Nicaragua complete this promotion, which brings to 125 the number of national federations members of World BoxingEurope is the most represented continent in its ranks (40), ahead of Asia (33), America (28), Africa (16) and Oceania (8).
