World Boxing has confirmed that its third annual congress will be held Friday, November 20th in PanamaA key moment for the young federation: this congress will allow for debate and voting on major decisions. At this stage, 123 national member federations will have the opportunity to vote. Around forty other national federations are expected to obtain full membership status at this congress.
Many seats on the executive committee World Boxing's leadership will also be at stake. The World Boxing Executive Committee will meet beforehand, on November 18. The precise agenda will be defined in the coming months. Last year, the congress was held in Rome and elected Gennadiy Golovkin as president.
