The city of Lviv, Ukraine, is preparing to submit an application to organize the first European Cadet Championships, scheduled for 2016. According to Oleg Nemchivov, the regional head of athletics, everything is ready for sending to the AEA of an official request, except the green light from the local authorities regarding their financial support. A green light which should arrive at the end of the month at the latest.
