An increase made possible by the signing of a four-year partnership agreement with the Toyota Mobility Foundation. It will provide grants to the IPC for " implement a broad range of transformational sports development initiatives under the umbrella of sport for mobility.” The programs will benefit national Paralympic committees, international federations, regional and international organizations, and therefore athletes with disabilities around the world.
