The winners of the Bike for All and Sustainability Trophies revealed

And the award goes to… The International Cycling Union (UCI) has revealed the winners of the second edition of its Bike for All and Sustainability TrophiesThe British Cycling Federation has received the Bike for All Award, which recognizes an initiative with a significant social impact, for its Limitless program. Launched in 2023, it offers the opportunity to practice cycling to people with disabilitiesMore than 200 clubs in the country have already committed to this perspective.

The Climate Action Trophy is awarded to the Flanders Classics organization for the sustainability plan that it implemented during the 2024 European Road Championships, in Belgium. This plan included more than 100 action points, including an all-electric fleet, generators running entirely on biofuel, and reusable catering supplies. UCI Bike City Trophy, rewarding the most innovative project submitted by UCI Bike City and UCI Bike Region certified communities, goes to Wollongong. The Australian city has developed a program for develop cycling as a community activity major for residents and attracting passing cyclists.

Finally, the Rainbow Trophy, a special prize awarded by the jury from among all the submitted applications, was awarded to the Abu Dhabi Department of Sports to promote the MyWhoosh Ramadan Cycling ChampionshipA digital-driven initiative designed to bring together thousands of cyclists during the month of Ramadan.
