The Association of National Olympic Committees of Africa has made CNO headquarters a strategic priority. Cape Verde inaugurated its own on April 14, in the presence of members of the ANOCA Executive Committee. It received a financial boost from the IOC and ANOCA up to $200.000 to achieve this.
