It's official: the 16th edition of the summer European Youth Olympic Festival (EYOF) will take place in 2021 in the Slovak town of Banska Bystrica. The final decision was validated on Sunday May 19 in Vienna, during the annual seminar of the Association of European Olympic Committees (EOC). For the winter edition in 2021, the EOC had already awarded the event to the Finnish town of Vuokatti. The next edition of the Summer EYOF is scheduled for July 2019 in Baku, Azerbaijan.
