27 cities and regions in the USA want the 2031 World Cup

World Rugby has confirmed the interest of 27 cities and regions as part of the host site selection process of the Rugby World Cup 2031The list of contenders: Arizona, Atlanta, Baltimore, Birmingham, Boston, Charlotte, Chicago, Cincinnati, Denver, Houston, Kansas City, the Los Angeles area, Miami, Minneapolis, Nashville, New Orleans, New York/New Jersey, Orlando, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Salt Lake City, San Diego, the San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, St. Louis, Vancouver and Washington DC.

World Rugby and the United States Rugby Federation (USA Rugby) will evaluate all proposals and reduce the list of candidates by the end of 2026. World Rugby will announce the final selection in two years., after the end of the 2027 World Cup.
