The 2013 World Slalom World Cup will take place as planned from September 11 to 15 in Prague, despite the flood which damaged the course and other installations at the whitewater stadium in the Czech capital in June, organizers assured Friday. The Czech Canoe-Kayak Federation will send a letter to the International Federation (ICF) in the coming days outlining its guarantees, while an ICF official will travel to Prague at the end of July or beginning of August to see the situation on site. . The damage is estimated at 4 million crowns (154.000 euros) for the course and 16 million crowns (615.000 euros) for the main building and other facilities within the enclosure.
