Mustapha Berraf is launching his campaign. The president of the Association of National Olympic Committees of Africa (ANOCA) has officially announced his candidacy for the presidency of the Association of National Olympic Committees (ACNO). « In the 21st century, the strength of the Olympic Movement will no longer be measured by the power of a few nations. It will be measured by the capacity of its 206 National Olympic Committees to progress togetherto share their experiences, strengthen their skills, and build a common future. It is this conviction that leads me today to ask for your trust. Not to hold a position, but to assume, with you, a responsibility: that of preparing the ANOC for the next decade " he wrote in a letter. His program notably emphasizes innovation, cooperation and knowledge sharing in order to " to allow each National Olympic Committee to fully express its potential ».
