The athletes competing in Italy have already generated 1 billion interactions on their personal social networks, knowing that the majority come from Instagram, Weibo, and TikTok. Weibo's presence on this list reflects the strong interest from the Chinese public, despite the time difference with Italy. On Sunday morning, the IOC already noted that content related to Chinese snowboarder Su Yiming had generated over 350 million impressions. A record number of Google searches were also recorded for the Italian medalists Dominik Paris, Giovanni Franzoni and Francesca Lollobrigida.
