Just over five months before the IOC vote for the host city of the 2024 (and 2028?) Invited to a short presentation (15 minutes, without video), Tuesday afternoon in front of the general assembly of the Association of International Summer Olympic Sports Federations (ASOIF), the two rivals are moving in force in the Danish city . On the American side, the delegation is led by Mayor Eric Garcetti, the president of the bid committee Casey Wasserman, the general director Gene Sykes, the vice-president Janet Evans, and the three American members of the IOC, Anita DeFrantz, Angela Ruggiero and Larry Probst. On the French side, the mayor of Paris Anne Hidalgo will attend the SportAccord Convention for the second consecutive year. She will be accompanied in particular by the co-president of Paris 2024 and member of the IOC Tony Estanguet, the director general Etienne Thobois, the French member of the IOC Guy Drut, the president of the CNOSF Denis Masseglia, the director of international relations of Paris 2024 Sophie Lorant .
