Here we go! The construction of the cricket stadium for the 2028 Los Angeles Olympic Games officially began in Pomona. A inauguration ceremony took place last Wednesday at the Fairplex Grounds, located 50 kilometers east of Los Angeles. Jay Shah, Chairman of the International Cricket Council (ICC), was present, as were Niccolò Campriani, vice-president in charge of sports at LA28, and Tim Sandoval, mayor of Pomona.
