An ITTF delegation visited London on October 22nd for the 2026 World Table Tennis ChampionshipsA major event, as it will mark the centenary of the first edition. All systems are go on the international federation side, six months before the deadline.

ITTF representatives were able to visit the OVO Arena Wembley, the main venue for the tournament. 64 national men's teams and 64 national women's teams will participate, making it the largest and most inclusive edition in history. Over the past few years, Table Tennis England has successfully organized several WTT events, gaining valuable experience to prepare for hosting the 2026 World Championships. », underlines Steve Dainton, CEO of the ITTF.
