Massimo Moratti, president of Inter Milan, announced the 70% takeover of the club by an Indonesian consortium, represented by businessman Erick Thohir.
New majority shareholder of the Lombard club, Erick Thohir is a 43-year-old businessman. Present in sport well before the acquisition of this 70%, he also owns 15% of the Philadelphia NBA club, the 76ers, and is the owner of DC United, an MLS club.
