Bad payer, Gabon. According to the Gabon Eco website, the country has not paid its contributions to the Conference of Ministers of Youth and Sports of the Francophonie (CONFEJES) since 2014. However, he was well represented there by his Minister of Youth and Sports, Blaise Louembé. A source close to the matter assures that Gabon could be excluded from the 2017 Francophonie Games in Abidjan if it does not pay off its debt as quickly as possible.
