The months are numbered! Yerevan will host the 10th Francophonie Games in one year. from July 23 to August 1, 2027Armenia will be the host country for the first time in its history. This choice illustrates the desire to open this event up even further to different expressions of the Francophonie and to strengthen ties between young people from the five continents " recalls the International Committee of the Francophonie Games (CIJF) on the occasion of J-365.
More than 2.000 young people are expected in Yerevan in twenty sporting and cultural disciplines, five of which will be on the program for the first time. Beyond the competition, the Games are a true springboard. For nearly forty years, they have revealed talents destined to shine on the international sporting and cultural stages "This allows the Games to have a legacy" far beyond competition " underlines the CIJF.
« The coming months will be devoted to preparing the participating delegations, to the finalization of organizational arrangements and to the mobilization of all partners, in order to to make the 10th Francophonie Games a highlight for Francophone youth in 2027 " the organization concluded.
