The Russian International Olympic University (RIOU), located in Sochi, is expanding its network outside its territory. It has just signed two partnership agreements with two French university establishments, the INSEEC group and the University of Paris-Sud. Opened in 2013, RIOU is the first university, and the only one to date, authorized by the IOC to use the term “Olympic” in its name.
