The Los Angeles Rams answered the call of the Los Angeles 2028 Games organizing committee by making a $5 million donationThis initiative is part of a fundraising campaign that aims to provide tickets to local residentsLA28 hopes to convince local sports teams, philanthropists and partners to fund ticket donations that will be directly given to local community organizations for distribution within their communities.

This program aims to to ensure that people who live, work and contribute to the spirit of Los Angeles can access the Games which take place in their hometown, said Casey Wasserman, chairman of the organizing committee. We are extremely grateful to Stan Kroenke (the franchise owner) and the Rams for being the first to mobilize for the people of their city. »
The Rams' home ground, SoFi Stadium, will host the opening ceremonies of the Olympic Games and then the Paralympic GamesIt will also host the Olympic swimming events. LA28 shares this vision of using sport to uplift Los Angeles and connect the world.
