Bulgarian athletics has dreams of grandeur. According to its president, the Bulgarian Federation is preparing to submit a bid to host the European Indoor Championships in Burgas in 2019. The competition could take place in a new indoor complex with 6500 seats. The 2015 indoor Euro will take place in Prague. The next edition, in 2017, has not yet been awarded.
