Thirty-five years have passed since the historic victory of the American ice hockey team over its Russian opponent at the Lake Placid Winter Games in 1980. For the first time since the meeting, it entered the legend of the Games and sport under the name "Miracle on Ice", the 19 survivors of the United States' training will be reunited this weekend in Lake Placid. A birthday celebrated Saturday February 21 at the athletes' village and the Olympic ice rink. Highlight of the evening: a tribute to Bob Suter, the former Olympic team player, who died last year at the age of 57.
