In a press release, FIFA emphasizes the " state-of-the-art facilities » and 45 000 m2 of surface area of the site. Enough to provide “top-notch services to media professionals worldwide” said Mattias Grafström, FIFA Secretary General. "This partnership illustrates our commitment to maintaining the highest standards in broadcast operations. Thanks to the modernity of this infrastructure and the expertise of our host broadcaster, HBS, the IBC will provide an optimal environment for broadcasters and media professionals to ensure captivating coverage of this historic event", he adds.

As a central hub for national and international telecommunications, the IBC will receive approximately 2 000 media representatives for seven months, between January and July 2026. It will also serve as headquarters for FIFA's host broadcaster and media partners. “Hosting the International Broadcast Center will place the city of Dallas and North Texas at the center of global attention during the 2026 FIFA World Cup, comments Monica Paul, president of the World Cup organizing committee for North Texas. It is for us a huge honor to welcome thousands of media professionals at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center.
