Very busy first week at the Paris 2024 Games for the Association of National Olympic Committees of Africa (ACNOA). The body is taking advantage of the event to increase exchanges and connections. It announces that it has concluded a cooperation agreement with the International School Sports Federation (ISF). It was signed in a luxury Parisian hotel by the Algerian Mustapha Berraf, the president of ANOCA, and his ISF counterpart, the Frenchman Laurent Petrynka. First concrete result: the creation next year of the first African School Games. The event has already been attributed to Algeria. Their organization, and their host country, were confirmed Thursday August 1 during the ANOCA general assembly in Paris.
