World Triathlon gains space. The international body chaired by the Spaniard Marisol Casado announced the acquisition of a new world headquarters. It remains in Lausanne, where it has been since 2011. But it is moving into new offices in the House of Sport, where it will cohabit with a dozen other international sports federations, but also with WADA and ASOIF. In November 2022, the World Triathlon Congress approved a budget for the purchase of an office in Lausanne. It was finalized this week with the acquisition from FISU (International University Sports Federation) of a floor of offices in the House of Sports. In addition to its headquarters in the canton of Vaud, the triathlon authority has two other operational offices, in Madrid and Vancouver.
