The International Rowing Federation (World Rowing) is stepping up its digital development. It has announced that it has signed a partnership agreement with a German company specialising in sports marketing consultancy, market and media research, and digital services. The company is called IRIS (Intelligent Research in Sponsoring). The aim of the partnership is to generate more data and information on the global rowing community and ecosystem. Based in Karlsruhe, Germany, IRIS was founded in 2014.
