The Six Nations goes for parity

Rugby is playing the parity card. This is demonstrated by the appointment of a mixed duo of independent non-executive directors (INED) at the head of the Six Nations. Sélima Ayoub and David Lynn have joined the board of directors of the tournament of the same name, where they will sit alongside the independent non-executive chairman, Ronan Dunne. The Six Nations Board is made up of representatives from each of its member unions, the federations and its main investor, CVC Capital Partners. Sélima Ayoub comes from the corporate world. She has held senior positions at Sodexo. David Lynn, from Scotland, is best known for his work in rugby (he played professionally) and came from Paramount Global before becoming an advisor to private equity firms.
