The French Olympic legacy

The cast of speakers is taking shape for the next edition of the Smart Cities & Sport Summit, to be held from November 22nd to 24th, 2021, in Copenhagen (Denmark). After Thomas Bach, who was invited to give an opening speech, the organisers have announced the presence of Marie Barsacq (photo above), the Impact and Legacy Director of the Paris 2024 OCOG. She will present how the next summer Olympic and Paralympic event can change the place of sport in French society. After a virtual edition in 2020, the Smart Cities & Sport Summit will return to a more traditional format this year. It will be held in person in the Danish capital, but will also be accessible online, via a streaming platform.
