The International Skating Union (ISU) announced on Wednesday, March 25, in a statement: a second case of COVID-19 has been recorded at the world figure skating and ice dance championships, which are currently being contested in Stockholm (until Saturday March 27th). Like the first one, revealed at the start of the week, it was detected following a PCR test carried out on arrival in Sweden, even before the accreditation procedure. Neither of the two participants who tested positive has been accredited for the Worlds. They were also not integrated into the sanitary bubble put in place by the ISU and the organising committee.
