Montpellier had a full house

Promising for the Paris 2024 Games. With less than 800 days to go before the opening of the Olympic Games, where urban sports will have a presence never before achieved at the Summer Games, the 2022 edition of the FISE in Montpellier (International Festival of Extreme Sports) brought together 608,000 spectators during the five days of competitions, with a peak attendance of 160,000 people on Ascension Thursday. The first edition organised in normal conditions after two years in virtual mode, the FISE 2022 is thus ranked as the 3rd most frequented French sports event, after the Tour de France and the Vendée Globe. This 2022 edition, which celebrated the 25th anniversary of FISE, brought together five World Cup events in Montpellier, in BMX (flatland and freetsyle), rollerblading (freestyle), and parkour (freestyle and speed run).
