The International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF) continues to place its trust in Asia to host its major events. It has announced that it has chosen two Asian cities to host the next editions of its annual Summit. For 2023, it will be held in Bangkok, from August 22 to 24. In addition to the Summit, the Thai capital will host a meeting of the ITTF’s Executive Committee and Council, the Athletes’ Commission and the General Assembly. The General Assembly will also decide on the host city for the 2026 World Team Championships. For 2024, the ITTF Summit will be held in Busan, South Korea. It will take place after the finals of the World Team Championships. The first annual ITFF Summit was held last year in Amman, Jordan.
