ITA chooses Shanghai

The International Tracing Agency (ITA) is looking at its future. For this, it has chosen to turn to China. The organisation chaired by Frenchwoman Valérie Fourneyron has announced that it has signed a partnership agreement with the Shanghai Sports University (SUS) to open its first ever academic centre there. Its aim is to promote professional expertise in the fields of anti-doping and testing, enhance the knowledge of international students, and foster innovative and international collaborative approaches in all areas of anti-doping. Shanghai Sports University is the first academic institution to receive the ITA label. As such, it is committed to developing and advancing its scientific research and teaching in the field of anti-doping and testing.
