With two years and a handful of months to go before the Paris 2024 Games, France is adding to its catalogue of international events. It has just been awarded a new global event in a summer Olympic sport. The World Rowing Council has just decided to award it the organisation of the Under-19 World Rowing Championships in 2023. They will take place in Vaires-sur-Marne, the venue for the Olympic rowing and canoeing events of the Paris 2024 Games, from 2 to 6 August 2023. On this occasion, the national teams present will have the opportunity to discover the regatta course of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
