Bridgestone plays the French card

With less than two years to go until the Paris 2024 Games, the Olympic movement’s partners are stepping up their game. On Monday 19 September, Japan’s Bridgestone presented its new activation campaign, “Ready to perform“. Unsurprisingly, it is targeted at the Summer Games in France, with five new brand ambassadors, all French: athletes Kevin Mayer (decathlon) and Mandy François-Elie (handisport sprint), judoka Amandine Buchard, fencer Manon Apithy-Brunet, and surfer Pauline Ado. Bridgestone has been a Worldwide Olympic Partner since 2014, as part of the IOC’s TOP programme, and a Paralympic Partner since 2018. The Japanese tyre manufacturer launched its first Olympic campaign in 2017.
