An official supporter for customer relations

A newcomer in the marketing programme of the Paris 2024 OCOG. For once, it is a foreigner. The American software company Salesforce, world leader in customer relationship management solutions, has become an official supporter of the Paris 2024 Games, the third level of partnership. As part of its collaboration with the organising committee, it will provide customer relationship management (CRM) solutions, including through its Customer 360 platform, to “engage fans like never before”. This will allow the OCOG to connect with the public and deliver targeted content to different audiences. The new official supporter also announced that it will support Paris 2024 in its sustainability efforts with the ambition to plant, conserve and restore 1,000 billion trees worldwide by 2030. The American company is no stranger to the Olympic world. It is already a partner of Los Angeles 2028 and the US, UK and German National Olympic Committees.
