A global offer for ticketing and hospitality

JO 2032

History is in the making. Three years and a few weeks before the Paris 2024 Games, the IOC has announced the launch of a new hospitality offer. It will cover the Olympic and Paralympic Games in Paris 2024, Milan-Cortina 2026, and Los Angeles 2028. According to the terms of the agreement between the IOC, IPC and the three Organising Committees, “sports enthusiasts and stakeholders will have access to unique travel and hospitality experiences, including tickets, through a single official and exclusive provider.” Its name: On Location. Presented as a leader in experiential hospitality, the US company was selected after a global call for bids as the exclusive service provider for the hospitality programmes of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, Milan-Cortina 2026 and LA28. For all three events, it will offer packages including tickets, travel, accommodation and hospitality at the venues and in the host city. This new approach to ticketing and hospitality is part of the Olympic Agenda 2020+5, which aims to deliver long-term turnkey solutions across multiple Games. As a bonus, a new integrated approach to global ticketing will also be launched from the Paris 2024 Games. It will provide secure and transparent access to Olympic and Paralympic tickets directly through each organising committee at standard prices for all editions of the Games.
