220,000 seats in seven hours

France 2023

The popular success of the 2023 Rugby World Cup in France continues. The organising committee announced that it had sold more than 220,000 tickets in just seven hours last week during the final ticketing phase. It was dedicated to single tickets and concerned all 48 matches of the world tournament. The first day of sales, on 13 September, was reserved for members of the “France 2023 Family”. Two days later, the general public could order their tickets. Over the two days, more than 450,000 connections were processed on the official ticket sales platform. The next step in France 2023 ticketing is the opening of the ticket resale platform, the last chance for fans to buy tickets. It is planned for the end of the year.
